Water Stewardship:

Water management is one of Sinda's key ESG priorities. We believe that a strong technical foundation, robust scientific data and long-term monitoring are essential to responsible decision-making and sustainable project development.

Through comprehensive hydrogeological studies and ongoing environmental monitoring, we are building a detailed understanding of local water resources to support responsible water management throughout the life of the project.

• More than five years of baseline water monitoring and analysis.
• Six monitoring wells installed across the project area.
• Over 120 water samples collected and evaluated.
• More than 1,400 water quality parameters analyzed.
• Detailed hydrogeological, geological, and geophysical investigations.

Commitment to International Best Practices:

Sinda is committed to implementing industry-leading sustainability practices through the Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM) framework, developed by the Mining Association of Canada (MAC) and adopted in Mexico through CAMIMEX.

TSM is a globally recognized performance system that promotes continuous improvement across key ESG areas, including environmental stewardship, water management, climate change, community engagement, biodiversity, diversity and inclusion, Indigenous and community relations, and workplace health and safety.

As we advance the development of the Sinda Project, we are integrating TSM principles into our management systems and operational planning to support transparency, accountability, and responsible resource development. Our objective is to align with international best practices and contribute positively to the communities and environments in which we operate.
